- Generate and deliver your pathology request (Beta hCG blood test)
- Facilitate clinician review of your results
- Deliver your result letter and related communications
- Provide copies of your documents upon request
- Comply with healthcare and reporting obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information may be disclosed to:
- Registered clinicians involved in reviewing your results
- Pathology laboratories processing your blood sample
- Payment processors (Stripe) for payment purposes
- Email delivery services (Resend) for communications
- Cloud storage providers (Supabase) for secure data storage
- Regulatory bodies where legally required

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure cloud storage, access controls, and audit logging to protect your personal information.

7. My Health Record
We will respect your preference regarding inclusion of your test information in the My Health Record system. You may update this preference at any time by contacting us.

We retain your health records for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Australian healthcare regulations, or longer if required by law.
